The yearbook committee oversees the entire production process of the Manzanita Yearbook each school year. 

Everything, from brainstorming themes and designing layouts to gathering

It is a lot of fun, a big responsibilitly, but you get to design a piece of school history, and capture the essence of Manazanita that school year.photos, managing deadlines, coordinating with the publishing company and school photographers, selling books, and distributing them at the end of the year.

The Spirit Wear Chair oversees the design, production, and sale of branded school merchandise, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and accessories. This role is a combination of designer, merchandise manager, marketing coordinator, and financial administrator.

The primary responsibilities of a Spirit Wear Chair include:

Design and Selection: They collaborate with school administration and students to select new designs and determine the types of apparel and merchandise to be sold.

Vendor Management: They research and collaborate with vendors to get quotes, place orders, and ensure the quality and timely delivery of the products.

Sales and Distribution: They organize and oversee sales events, both in-person and online, and manage the distribution of orders to staff, students, and families.

Inventory and Finance: They track inventory, manage the budget, and handle all financial transactions, reporting back to the FFO board on profitability and sales performance.

Promotion: They market the spirit wear to the school community through flyers, newsletters, social media, and other channels to generate enthusiasm and sales.
