We are thrilled to invite you to be a part of an exciting community initiative that will make a lasting impact on our students here at Manzanita Elementary.We're organizing a STEM Night for our students and their families, scheduled for Friday, November 7, 2025, from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. This hands-on evening will introduce children to the wonders of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics through interactive activities, fun demonstrations, and real-world applications.To make this event a success, we need your help! We are looking for organizations and connections who are interested in contributing in any of the following ways:

• Share Your STEM Career: Do you work in a science, technology, engineering, or math-related field? We would love for you to host an activity table or give a brief demonstration to show our students what you do! 
• Connections: Do you know an organization that would like to partner with us to have a station? This is a great way to advertise and build community connections with our families.
• Event Volunteers: We need many helping hands to ensure the night runs smoothly. Roles include helping with setup, greeting families, managing activity stations, and cleanup.
• Donate Supplies or Prizes: If you are able to donate materials for student activities or provide small door prizes or giveaways, it would be greatly appreciated.

The simplest, cash-free way for students to pay for books is setting up an eWallet through our 
Scholastic Book Fair Homepage. 

You can also support our wonderful teachers and staff by purchasing titles on their wishlists (books in labeled boxes in the library during the fair) or adding money to their Teacher eWallet. We will also have an eWallet link for our librarian, Ms. Gering, so that she might purchase new materials for our library. 😊
